Automatically synchronize our series with Google Calendar. Manual synchronization with multiple series is time-consuming.100 votes
It is possible to re-checkin previously seen episodes. Would it be possibble for the app to keep track how many times I've seen an episode?86 votes
Since trakt v2 launched, it will keep a record of each check-in. Though SG will not show this data.
For now SeriesGuide will stick with the Upcoming/Recent and the Shows tab.
Try the trakt.tv calendar feeds if you really want to view upcoming episodes in your calendar: https://blog.trakt.tv/ical-and-rss-feeds-f2028da560e3#.kgwywf5k0
The app Cathode also has the ability to sync with your calendar.
Please convert the Android app to Windows 8 App as is.
I love the app and I'm going to doing the transition to Windows 8 tablets.
I suppose many will do the same.79 votes
I don't want to keep my ended shows and I don't want to delete them. It takes ages to update with all the shows that I watch.59 votes
SG already takes care of only updating changed episodes (e.g. ratings or description changed).
If you want to keep a record of your older shows, connect to trakt. upload them, then remove them from SG.
Be able to save a backup to Google Drive or use the automatic way for backups on Android56 votes
just like Facebook and every other websites they have an app but they're also on the web and you can access those websites database, ect... trough your desktop web browser. I want to be able to do that also with series guide.47 votes
You can connect SG to the trakt.tv website, which you can access on your desktop. Read more at http://seriesgui.de/help#trakt.
First of all, thank you for this app.
There is a category for "hidden" series which i use as a reserve for new series and for old and finished series. Would it be possible to make 2 different categories ?47 votes
Be able to make an account so you can have it across all your devices.42 votes

The ability to display upcoming episodes in a calendar on your phone or tablet.42 votes
Be able to export the upcoming episodes to a calendar.39 votes
The title covers most of it, but I think it would be great if the app would not only support check-ins on trakt and getglue but also on imdb. Furthermore it would be perfect if the trakt and imdb watchlists are synced38 votes
There is no public interface for third party apps to integrate with IMDb’s check-in system or other data.
For the foreseeable future SG will only have original releases in the country of origin (which may be the US, UK, Germany, etc.). Those release times are converted to your local time.

You should never worry about that (background auto updates FTW!). This info is just distracting and not helpful.
However, a simple progress bar is still shown as some operations (sadly) still depend on the update not running.
Currently SeriesGuide checks the episode with the highest number you have seen and continues from there.
Add a setting so it always displays the oldest unseen episode as the next one.31 votes
This has become superfluous with the second beta for v4 which now looks at the last episode you watched. SeriesGuide looks for any unwatched episodes beginning from the last watched one.
Just user suggestion I would also love see a way to order show by how new they are29 votes
Add them on TheTVDB so everyone can benefit.
Allow feed of upcoming events to rss format, to enter in own widgets or apps like Feedly26 votes
Have a look at https://trakt.tv/vip. They provide RSS feeds that fit your purpose.
This is out of scope for an Android app.
Data is provided by TheTVDB, which currently does not have that information.
I have a phone and tablet and would like them synched whenever I watch an episode.23 votes
